  • Is it necessary to create an account at ULTRAMATE.COM to shop?

    Answer is simply No! You can shop without creating your account at ULTRAMATE.COM. But for better shopping experience you should create an account with us. It will entitle you for special offers, helps you maintain a record of your previous orders, redeem coupons, track your orders, and receiving email/SMS for discounts/promotions of our brand.

  • How can I create ULTRAMATE account?

    It’s very simple. To create a ULTRAMATE account, click on Login icon that appears on the top right corner of your screen. You can create your account using Email ID and set your own password.

  • What to do in case I forgot my ULTRAMATE account password?

    Not to worry about your password. You can reset your password by providing your email id on login page and clicking on forgot password.

  • For how long is my account valid?

    Once registered you become lifetime ULTRAMATE partner. You can visit us anytime you want.

  • Do I have to pay for account creation?

    Nope! It’s absolutely free for everyone and you only pay for your purchases.

Order Status & Tracking

  • How to check my order status?

    To check the status of your order, log into your account on the ULTRAMATE website, and go to the My Orders section to get all the information.

  • Would I be able to update the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

    The shipping address of your order can only be modified if your order hasn’t been packed yet at our warehouse. To update your shipping address, please get in touch with our Customer Care team at ultramate@ydiconsumer.com or +91-9152220220.

  • How to track my order?

    Orders the once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number, commonly referred to as the AWB number. You can track your order in two ways -

    (1) After you log in to your ULTRAMATE account, go to the ‘My Account’ page and find the order number you wish to track. Then click on ‘Track my order’ to see real-time updates of your shipment status.
    *Please note that this link becomes valid only 24 hours after your order has been dispatched.

    (2) Alternatively, you may track your order through our order shipment email which provides a direct link to track your order real-time on the service provider’s website.
    In cases where our website can’t link to the courier service providers’ website in real-time, we will share the AWB number and the provider’s name with you via email, and on your account page. To track your shipment status, all you need to do is –

    (a) Go to the service provider's website

    (b) Type in the tracking number provided in the mail in the Tracking section and checks the status

  • How much time will it take for my order to reach us?

    We process and ship every order within 24-48 business hours of receiving it. Your order will get delivered within 2-10 business days depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on the accessibility of your location.

  • What if my order shows delivered but I have not received it?

    Usually, our delivery partners deliver the order to the intended recipient at the delivery address only. In case, you have not received the order, we request you to call us on +91-9152220220 or mail us at ultramate@ydiconsumer.com within 48 hours of the delivery intimation from our end. We shall arrange proof of delivery for you within 48 hours of your complaint from the concerned delivery partner.
    Kindly note, any complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the delivery intimation may not be considered.

  • In case I am unable to receive my order. Will the delivery be reattempted?

    Yes. If you were unavailable to receive your order, our delivery partner will attempt the delivery up to two more times. If you are aware of your future unavailability, please do inform our customer care team at +91-9152220220 so that we can attempt the delivery at a later date.

Shipping & Delivery

  • What are shipping charges for my order?

    Shipping is free for all orders above INR 799, shipped within India. A Standard Shipping Charge of INR 49 (non-refundable) will be applicable to all orders under INR 799.

  • How can I check you deliver to my pincode or not?

    Not to worry! We deliver to almost all pincodes in India. If you want to confirm your pincode, you can enter your pincode into “Check Pincode” box and enter.

  • How many days will it take for my order to reach me?

    We process and ship your order within 24-48 business hours of receiving it. All our products are made to order and it typically takes 2-10 working days to ship out the order from our own or allied warehouse based on your location.

  • Which delivery methods do you use?

    We use all trusted and prominent delivery partners to ship our products in India. Based on your delivery location we dispatch orders either via surface or airway mode.

  • What needs to be done if my package is open or tampered with?

    In case, if your ordered package is opened or tampered with, we suggest not to accept the shipment and immediately inform our customer care team at +91-9152220220. Kindly note, any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery, will not be considered.

  • Is it possible to ship orders at multiple addresses at the same time?

    Sadly, we do not ship orders at multiple addresses at the same time. We recommend you to place separate orders for multiple addresses.

Return & Exchange

  • Is it possible to easy exchange/return my order?

    We offer hassle free exchange/return on all orders across India. Your exchange order will process once the returned shipment is sent back. You can exchange/return products purchased from ULTRAMATE within 15 days of receiving the product.

    Follow the instruction:

    1. Click on 'Return’ under the “My Orders” section of the ULTRAMATE Website and follow the instructions. Please make a note of the Return ID that is generated at the end of the process.

    2. We offer a pick-up facility in based on courier serviceability. If you select to schedule a pick-up, please put the product(s) in a packet. The product(s) must be unused, unwashed and all the tags should be intact. We will pick up the return within 1 - 3 business days from the request placement date. Keep the packet ready to expedite the return pickup.
    Once we receive the product, it will go through a quality check at our warehouse post which, we will initiate the exchange process in the next 24-48 business hours. A brand new product in the size you requested will be dispatched to you in the following 48-72 business hours. In case you face any size issue with the exchanged product as well, please note that we will not provide a further exchange.

  • Can I self-ship my return/exchange products to ULTRAMATE?

    Unfortunately, we do not have option of self-ship of return/exchange products. For more information you can contact us at ultramate@ydiconsumer.com or +91-9152220220.

  • How much time usually it take to receive the refund of my returned product?

    If your return order is picked up by us, the refund process will be initiated within 4-7 business days of the pickup, and a refund confirmation email and SMS will be sent to you. The refund amount will reflect in your source account in the next 5-10 business days.
    In case of any refund discrepancies, ULTRAMATE may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank/credit card/mobile wallet statement.

  • How would I return/exchange multiple items from a single order?

    In case if you are returning/exchanging multiple products from a single order together, we will generate a single Return ID/Exchange ID for all products and you will receive an e-mail and SMS confirmation for the same.
    If cases if you wish to return/exchange another product from a single order at a later date, still within the 15-days return policy, we will accept your return/exchange and arrange a reverse pick-up for the second time.

  • How many pick attempt of return/exchange is permissible?

    We make two attempts to pick up the item. In the event the item is not picked up on the second attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed.

  • What to do if I receive a damaged/defective/incomplete/wrong order from ULTRAMATE?

    Not to worry, just relax! In case if you have received a damaged / defective- / incomplete / wrong order, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received.
    Simply click on 'Return’ under the ‘My Orders’ section of the ULTRAMATE Website and follow the instructions to upload the images. Please keep in mind the following steps:

    1. You need to upload a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures.

    2. Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the garment is highlighted in red. You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.

    3. In case you face any technical difficulties in following this process, kindly get in touch with us at ultramate@ydiconsumer.com or call us on +91-9152220220. We will then investigate the case and reply within 48 hours with the best available resolution.
    Any such complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.

  • How to cancel an exchange request?

    To cancel your exchange request, you can call us on +91-9152220220 or mail us at ultramate@ydiconsumer.com with your order no. and email id within 24 hours of placing an exchange request.

Cancellation Policy

  • How to cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Login to ULTRAMATE.COM, click on “My Account” and select the order which you wish to cancel. Cancel the order by clicking on the “Cancel Order” button.

  • How much time it takes to receive my refund for cancel order?

    For the order payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive the refund (including the shipping charges) into the account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.
    In case, if you have made the payment via UPI or any mobile application wallet, you will receive the refund amount into your UPI OR mobile wallet within 24-48 business hours.
    For the Cash on Delivery orders, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet.

  • How to place order on ULTRAMATE website?

    It’s very simple! Follow the below instructions for purchase on our website:

    1. Click on the product to be ordered, select the desired size and click "ADD TO CART"

    2. Go to your bag page, once you have added all the products you wish to buy

    3. You can check for any applicable coupon codes by clicking on ‘Apply Coupon’

    4. Click 'CHECKOUT'

    5. Sign in to your account using your registered email id and password. If you are a first time visitor, you can proceed to checkout as a Guest User or create a new account in one short step for a seamless shopping experience and faster checkout.

    6. Enter your shipping and billing address

    7. Choose from prepaid & COD payment options

    8. Re-check your order details

    9. Click on "Place Order"

    10. In case you have selected a prepaid option, you will be re-directed to a fully secure payment gateway where you need to enter your card/wallet details.

    11. Once the order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email and SMS with all your order information.

  • What are the options for payment on UTRAMATE website?

  • How to redeem my coupon code?

    Once you finalize your garment order to purchase and added to cart. Click on View Cart and enter your Discount Code to redeem then click on Apply and follow the rest of the instructions to place your order.

  • Is there any purchase limit for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?

    The Cash on Delivery (COD) choice is available on purchases of up to INR 8,000. Beyond this amount, purchases can only be made using Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, and Mobile Wallets.
